MUX - Cost Plan Details page tooltips are missing post upgrade to 16.1.3

Issue/Introduction

After 16.1.3 upgrade the tooltips are missing from Cost and Forecast in the Cost Plan Details page

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Add Tooltip to Cost and Forecast attributes under Administration->Attributes Tile in 16.1.2
2. Upgrade environment to 16.1.3
3. Notice Tooltips added in 16.1.2 for above referenced attribute have disappeared.

Expected Results: Tooltips should remain

Actual Results: Tooltips disappeared

Workaround: N/A

Environment

Clarity 16.1.3

Resolution

This is DE77769, fixed in 16.2.0

Workaround: As a onetime solution, user has to recreate those tootips for cost plan details object , which were there before.
