Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: MUX - Actions Menu button text not displaying

On the Project's Task module, the button for "Actions" displays as three buttons

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. In MUX open a Project and click "Task"
2. Ensure you're on grid view.
3. On initial load, the "Actions" button shows as three buttons most of the time. If you change to a different view, the correct text displays. If you change to a different module and come back, it will display as three buttons again.

Expected Results: It should always say 'Actions'. 

Actual Results: Most of the time it displays as three buttons, but rarely it displays correctly.
