STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Create tentative Gantt schedules which locks the projectRemove the lock with a GEL script or security.locks prior to 16.1.1

Expected Results: Orphans not to be in PRJ_TENTATIVE_SCHEDULES

Actual Results: Orphans in PRJ_TENTATIVE_SCHEDULES that can cause duplicates in Project Grid due to a left join in the query
