Services Custom Views not holding after being selected

Issue/Introduction

When I go into the Services view and click on the 'Charts' view, then select the 'Customized View' option to add any of the available options, they do not hold.  If I were to leave that page and come back into it, the selected option I chose is gone and has to be re-added again.

 

Option to add Monitored Inventory was chosen and added...

 

But if I leave this view and come back to it, the option is gone and I have to re-add it again.  

 

 

 

Environment

Release : SAAS

Resolution

Customer was using the Default Layout which you can't change.

You have create a new Layout, once that is done you can modify it like adding Monitor Inventory and save the changes to the new Layout.
