Resolution

We do not have Tibco EMS Agent available in SaaS, use Agent 10.8 to monitor EMS, SaaS agents do not have this feature.

Download the v10.8 standalone powerpack installer and run it with "shouldInstallTibcoEMS=true" within the response file.
