Issue/Introduction

When version 11 was released, the new Debian Operating System was a big change.
 
After upgrading a node and checking the list below of Docker images, they're all using CENTOS.

The Appliance gateway is the Debian operating system. Are Docker images still using CentOS?

Environment

Container Gateway 11.0

Resolution

You can use CentOS or Debian for your container gateway because the container gateway is not dependent on the underlying OS. The container gateway is dependent on the platform it runs on (Kubernetes or Docker). Container gateway images are not OS-specific.

The Debian OS is exclusively used for ONLY the appliance gateway.
