When a user tried to view the password for their accounts on the Access page, the dropdown arrow of UI is not working. The user should be expecting a list of target accounts, but this does not appear.
The issue was occurring because the user's workstation had scaling set on their display, which caused part of the page to be cut off, including the part where the dropdown would be.
After Turing off Display setting > scaling on the workstation and logging back in, they were able to see the entire screen and see the password dropdown. After 4.1.3, they could use a web browser instead of the PAM client to view passwords on the Access page as a workaround.
The display scaling could cause other abnormal display items in the PAM client, as detailed in KB251640: CA PAM client showing outsized items
