Issue/Introduction

Test data source may fail with the following error found in SMP logs:

Failed to process web request.

Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown.
   [HttpUnhandledException @ System.Web.dll]
   at System.Web.UI.Page.HandleError(Exception)
   at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(bool, bool)
   at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequest(bool, bool)
   at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequest()
   at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequest(HttpContext)
   at Altiris.NS.UI.Controls.PageCachePage.ProcessRequest(HttpContext)
   at Altiris.NS.UI.AltirisPage.ProcessRequest(HttpContext)

Bad Length.

   [CryptographicException @ mscorlib.dll]

 

Other functionality such as view import data works fine.

Cause

Old client side javascript may be used by browser

Resolution

Try the following:

Clear browser cache to resolve the problem.
