Issue/Introduction

Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) Insight definitions are not updating if there is a Proxy/firewall in the network.

Environment

EDR all versions and On-premises appliance 

Cause

Live Update definitions extensions are blocked in the Proxy/Firewall.

Resolution

Allow/whitelist the following Live Update extensions in the Firewall/Proxy for URL liveupdate.symantec.com.
