Issue/Introduction

I have created a webhook listener in my test (home) environment. This allows me to serve webhook notifications from my SaaS instance.

I have just moved my code to a DMZ server.

When I configure the channel in DX OI, I get an error - see screen shot

Can you help me with the error - what is it telling me?

Release : SAAS

Resolution

On the users side, it was a netscaler issue which was fixed as it was preventing the return code from coming back to DX OI.
