uniservio crashes when trying to import Tasks from Windows Tasks Scheduler

Issue/Introduction

Since Dollar Universe 6.10.91 or superior, when trying to import Windows Tasks Scheduler tasks into Dollar Universe in the menu Tasks via click right - Tools - Import Wizard - click in Windows Task Scheduler, after clicking on Next the uniservio.exe will crash and the UVC will show an error popup with the text:
