DB00501E OPEN ERROR - RETURN CODE nn (iii) after applying maintenance

Issue/Introduction

After applying recent Datacom maintenance DB00501E messages started displaying in the MUF log.

B00501E - OPEN ERROR - RETURN CODE 88 (085) CXX=<cxxname>  (aaannnnn)  

Other  return codes are also possible, e.g.  25 (020)

Resolution

This is an enhancement provided by PTF LU07553 (SUPed by LU10431) to log each DB00501E message in the MUF SYSLOG for improved error diagnosis.

Prior to this, the DB00501E message was issued only on the application side.
