Tooltip for :RESOLVE shows German (Zeichenfolge) instead of English (String)

Issue/Introduction

The tooltip for :RESOLVE shows German (Zeichenfolge) instead of English (String)

Steps to reproduce:
1) Log into the AWI with language being English
2) Create a script object, go to the Process tab, type in
:RESOLVE
3) View the tooltip by hovering over :RESOLVE

Expected behavior:
Tooltip should show in English, the direct translate would be something like :RESOLVE String

Actual behavior:
Tooltip shows  :RESOLVE Zeichenfolge

Environment

Release : 21.0.8

Resolution

This will be fixed in 21.0.10; currently planned for release in Spring of 2024
