Using New Value filter is Active on Modern Audit breaks search

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 
1- Enable auditing on project objects
2- Go to Modern > Administration > Audit 
3- Add the filter "New Value" is Equal To Active
A popup error with dusplay Please select a Valid number

Expected Results: Using New Value filter filters results

Actual Results: Filter does not apply and an error is displayed

Workaround: 
Remove Filter and sort by column heading
