We need not do anything specific regarding the OS version upgrade from 7.1 to 7.5 but for the upgrade from IBM power 7 to power 10, there will be an upgrade fee and to get more information on process for the same, It is recommend to get in touch with your account team and they will be able to guide you with the same.
