SaaS APM Dashboard Traffic Lights is flagging the wrong process

Issue/Introduction

 SaaS APM Dashboard Traffic Lights is flagging the wrong process as being down. 

The Metric view correctly shows that the "Dashboard Traffic Light 1" process is down, while the Dashboard Traffic Lights incorrectly show that "Dashboard Traffic Light 2" process is down.  

When I change this Dashboard Visualization to "Pie Chart," it correctly show "Dashboard Traffic Light 1" as down and "Dashboard Traffic Light 2" as up.  

Each time a process goes down, the next Traffic Light in the list goes red regardless of which actually process goes down.  

We have tried numerous different Options  > Thresholds, but none fixes this issue.
