Endevor B4G: couldn’t deliver this payload: timed out

Issue/Introduction

Installed B4G 2.14.0, made Multiple attempts to update from GitHub server to Endevor via B4G, all failed w/o any clear indication. 

The following messages found in B4G log: 

| Operation: Initialize repository
| Mapping: XXXX / XXXX
| Result: WARNING - INIT_WARNING
| User: XXXX
| Summary: Mapping successfully initialized but with warnings. Please check below for more details.
| Messages:
|  - WARNING: The post-receive webhook was not triggered during initialization. Please check the webhook setup on the Git provider.

Login to Github server and go to Settings/ Developer settings/ GitHub Apps
Then navigate to the Web-hook section, found a lot of failed deliveries (click advanced from left menu and under Recent deliveries).

Click any of the failed deliveries and found the following message:

We couldn’t deliver this payload: timed out

Resolution

Review and address any of the following issues to fix "couldn’t deliver this payload: timed out  " error:

•  Wrong webhook URL (protocol or IP address not matching the B4G URL)
•  Webhook not active
•  B4G application not running
•  Network issue - B4G port blocked by the firewall
