Issue/Introduction

We currently have APM 10.7 / 10.8 infrastructure and would like to have the latest .NET and Java Agents.

We would like to have the link to download APM (wily) both .Net and Java Agents versions 23.2 and SaaS so we can run in backward compatibility mode and connect to our 10.8 environment.

2023.8.1 Java and .Net Agent (With .Net 7 support) was provided.
