Resolution

  1. Does CASB create a copy of the SpanVA logs and store the logs in the cloud? If so, how long do the logs remain in the cloud?
    Yes and Logs from the SpanVA remain in the cloud for 30 days
  2. How long are logs stored on SpanVA?
    Once the logs are successfully uploaded to the cloud they are deleted.
  3. Is there an automatic purge of the logs in SpanVA? If yes, after how long?
    No, since the logs are removed after upload.
  4. Is it possible to archive the logs received from SpanVA for more time in the cloud (CASB)?
    No
  5. After the 30 days is Audit analysis purged or remains in the cloud?
    CloudSOC purges tenant data based on each tenant's configured retention period and the current date. If a tenant has a retention period of 12 months, then CloudSOC retains processed data in the portal for a rolling 12-month period. Purged data cannot be reverted or restored.

    CloudSOC retains the original raw logs for 30 days. After this raw data is purged, it cannot be reverted or restored. You can configure your data retention settings at CloudSOC > Settings > Privacy.
