Issue/Introduction

Summary: The translation from English 'Thousand' to French should be a singular word, not a plural word. The French translation should be Mille, not Mille(s).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project with a planned cost of several thousands (20K) US dollars.
2. Create a Hierarchy in MUX and import the above project.
3. On the Hierarchy > Options, configure the Card.
Add the Planned Capital Cost field to the Card.

4. Go to the user settings and change the language to French.

Expected Results: The figure/amount displayed for Planned Capital Cost to be 20 Mille US dollars.

Actual Results: The figure/amount displayed for Planned Capital Cost is 20 Mille(s) US dollars.

Workaround: None.
