SDM CXF WebServices hang in secondary server

Issue/Introduction

When consuming a method from the secondary server, the WebServices hang and eventually show a timeout error.

 

This issue affects GRLoader which uses WebServices.

This issue does not occur with the axis URL.

There is no error message when in tomcat logs (pdm_tomcat.log) or any other log.

Release : 17.3 RU 21 

Cause

This is a defect with 17.3 RU21

Resolution

This issue is resolved in 17.3 RU22 and later releases. Refer to the following link to see the latest rollups available:
