Issue/Introduction

Can we find out why is there no monitoring for this i.e. if MOM gets stuck, you don’t get any notification for it ?

Resolution

From DevOps:

EM failed to start as it was unable to acquire database locks; ideally, a liveness probe and our monitoring would identify this issue. We closely monitor all the major customer tenants. This use case was missed as it was a corner case. To prevent a repeat of this problem, we will strengthen our internal monitoring.
