Issue/Introduction

You want to know whether  SSP S-410/201 can be configured to send the trap/notification for link activity.  

Resolution

SSP S-410/210 doesn't send the trap/notification for link up or link down activity. It only sends traps related to health-monitoring metrics. Use the following CLI command to check the link status:
