Error when importing policy.

Issue/Introduction

The localhost log contains the following severe entry when attempting to import a policy:

org.springframework.dao.IncorrectResultSizeDataAccessException: query did not return a unique result: 2; nested exception is javax.persistence.NonUniqueResultException: query did not return a unique result: 2 

Cause

This can be caused by duplicate incident status names. 

Resolution

Navigate to System -> Incident Data -> Attributes. 
Under 'Status Values' identify any duplicate entries and rename any statuses that have been duplicated.
