Spectrumgtw probe stopped sending alarms to Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

Alarms from the spectrumgtw probe stopped being sent to Spectrum.

With Trace logging enabled, the following is observed in the logs.

<TimeStamp> TRACE main: [SpectrumGtwProbe] [startupAndRestartInitialization] - Multitenancy is enabled but no Orign to Landscape Mapping Defined.Not Starting any Job
<TimeStamp> TRACE main: [SpectrumGtwProbe] [startupAndRestartInitialization] - Please go to multitenacy configuration and define the mappings

Environment

Release : 20.4

Cause

Multitenancy was inadvertently enabled.

 

 

Resolution

After disabling Multi-Tenancy, the issue was resolved.
