We have configured the below log monitoring last week. Alerts has been triggered for the same on 23rd September.
Yesterday we found incidents were creating for the old alarms. Hence we acknowledged all the alarms in the alarm console for the configured log monitoring. Today again incidents has been created for the old alarms. We are able to see old alarms again in the alarm console. Could you help us in fixing the issue.
