UIM 20.4 CU7 OC unresponsive and memory leak in chrome

Issue/Introduction

We recently upgraded our UIM to version 20.4 CU7. We noticed that navigating through the Operating Console often becomes unresponsive. This issue occurs in all the workstations that we tested, with various google chrome versions (110,111,112 for example, this also happens using MS Edge). We noticed that after a while when using the OC we receive the "page is not responding" pop-up from chrome. When checking the chrome task manger we can see that the tab is using huge amount of RAM and also very high CPU. We suspect that a memory leak is causing this issue.

We noticed that this issue occurs mainly in pages that contain many rows, such as the inventory tab or the alarm view.

It's very simple to reproduce: we only need to scroll across the results and we notice right away that the Chrome memory consumption constantly goes up and never goes down.
