ntevl - no details for certain publishers

Issue/Introduction

 

We are trying to configure ntevl to monitor specific events where source log is Application and publisher is "Agent".  Could not make it work but noticed when I open the ntevl probe on the target server/robot, the specific event's details is always empty and seeing this in the ntevl.log.

Environment

Release : 20.4

Cause

The Details in the event log are blank but windows populates a virtual message The description for Event ID X from source X cannot be found....

Resolution

The probe is working as expected as there is no description from the actual event in the event viewer.
