Issue/Introduction

The site is in the middle of migrating from v18.1 to v19.0, and completed the SMP/E work and applied all the latest maintenance. The next step is to complete the configuration and ship the config libraries to target prod LPARs. The site cannot find the datasets that were delivered with the older release, why?

The Endevor install dataset names were changed back in release 14.  Below is a cross reference of the old target datasets and the new target datasets.
