Why are users getting the security settings for the default user id PROFILE when they log into CA FAQS ASO?

Resolution
When this happens, it means security is not active. To activate security, type in the command SCTY CONFIG.
At the top of the page look for USE SCTY ENTRY NOT ONLY PROFILE. Place an X in () then press PF5 to update.
