Issue/Introduction

How to schedule a job for the last day of the month on a monthly basis (day 30 or 31 depending on the month). 

Environment

Release : JasperReports 7.9 

Resolution

Unfortunately, It's not currently possible to set the schedule to 'last day of the month' from JasperReports. The closest workaround is to schedule the job for 12:01 AM on the first of each month.
