Issue/Introduction

Unable to launch WebAgent Installer.

WebAgent installer run into failure with the below message

 

Environment

WebAgent: 12.52 SP1 CR11

Cause

The below could be reasons for installer fail to launch

/tmp - insufficient disk space

SELINUX - enabled. Preventing the launcher execution.

Resolution

 

- Please verify if the /tmp has sufficient disk space to extract the package.

- Please verify the SELINUX is permissive. If enabled, please follow the below document to make the suggested change.
