Akamai was placed in front of Access Gateway and the browser shows following error messages when accessing certain resources.

In the above sample, the Red colour "Internal Server Error" is a message coming from the backend so this requires investigation at the backend where in this case it would be the Access Gateway.
The Green colour message is directly from the Akamai reporting the status based on the backend issue.
Note the Reference message starts with "3" which means it has issue reading the contents from the backend.

In the above sample, this is akamai message which means it was unable to establish a secure handshake with its backend server.
For Sample#1, collect the Web Agent Trace and track the failing transaction to see why it is returning HTTP 500.
For Sample#2, akamai admin need to check the certificate chain that is required to handshake with backend servers. Customer should get help from akamai.
