Error 32 during search No such object in Policy Server

Issue/Introduction

 

Running Policy Server, this one reports errors from LDAP Servers:

[126418/140013621708544][Tue Sep 12 2023 12:07:34][SmDsLdapConnMgr.cpp:1201][ERROR][sm-Ldap-02230] Error# '32' during search: 'error: No such object extended error: 0000208D: NameErr: DSID-03100245, problem 2001 (NO_OBJECT), data 0, best match of: 'OU=SSO,OU=Groups,OU=example,DC=example,DC=com'

Cause

 

This error means that the object requested hasn't been found in the Active Directory (1)(2)(3).

 

Resolution

 

One quick solution is to remove the user from the unexisting group (4).
