DQRY abend AEI0 after upgrading region to CICS TS 6.1

Issue/Introduction
After upgrading a CICS region to CTS 6.1, Dataquery DQRY is abending with code AEI0. The following message is issued:
IDI0002I Module DQONLPR, CSECT ICVHJBSC, offset X'116': An EXEC CICS LINK command resulted in CICS response code PGMIDERR

Resolution
CICS abend code AEI0 indicates that a program cannot be found, either the program is not in the load library or the program definition entry is missing in CICS.
IPC PTF LU03945 delivers 2 new modules for CTS 6.1 support, VPEHJE74 and VPEHJN74. This PTF needs to be applied.
If CICS uses a different runtime library to the SMP/E target library make sure the 2 new modules VPEHJE74 and VPEHJN74 are copied across to the CICS library.
Also follow the HOLD action in the PTF to define these new programs to CICS.
This has to be run on all CICS regions.
