Date error for metrics in metric viewer

Issue/Introduction

In metric viewer can see discrepancy in the dates as shown in below example 

Environment

Release : 20.4 (base version)

Resolution

This issue is resolved in 20.4 CU1 

In case still running 20.4 base version (and not yet ready to upgrade to full CU or latest CU) workaround suggested is to deploy the the ump_operatorconsole-20.4.1.zip only from the 20.4CU1 release
