Smart App Control を有効にして SEP をインストールすると、Windows が起動しなくなる

Issue/Introduction

Windows 11 22H2 で Smart App Control（SAC）を有効にした状態でSEPをインストールすると、OSを再起動するとOSが起動しなくなる。

SEP のインストール後に Smart App Control を有効にすると、OS は起動する。

Resolution

回避策:

Symantec Endpoint Protection をインストールする前に Windows 11 Smart App Control を有効にしないでください。 Smart App Control はインストール後に有効にすることができます。

もしも  Smart App Control が有効のまま Symantec Endpoint Protection をインストールした場合、システムを Windows セーフモード経由で回復できます。

1. Windows をセーフ モードで再起動します
2. レジストリを使用して Sysplant.sys を無効にします
   - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Sysplant に移動し、Start（DWORD）の値を「4」に設定
3. Windowsを再起動します
