Issue/Introduction
Performance issues using the Performance Report Designer.
When selecting the Host, QoS, and Target - the results are being
returned instantly, however, when it gets added to the chart,
it often takes over 30 seconds to return the graph.
Even when it's set to just pull the previous hour on automatic aggregation.
Sometimes, this takes over two minutes for the chart to be populated.

Environment
Release : 20.4 any release
Cause
The stored procedure call for pulling the information required was going over more data than required to
pull and display the required information
Resolution
A hotfix was built to modified stored procedure call to reduce the number of entries it was pulling, attached to ticket below
