Issue/Introduction

You have noticed a URL has been incorrectly identified by the WebPulse feature of Messaging Gateway and would like to know how to correct the categorization.

Environment

Release : 10.8

Resolution

You can verify the category of a URL by visiting the following site and entering the URL:

https://sitereview.symantec.com/

The result page will show what category the URL currently exists in. If the category is incorrect, you can request that the URL be reviewed for update by completing the form available at the bottom of the results page.
