Issue/Introduction

Incidents coming from DLP Cloud detector in investigate tab indicates that the incidents are coming from API even though they are actually coming from DLP Cloud Managed detector in CASB.

Resolution

This is currently working as designed.  There is a request to change the functionality.  If you would like to add yourself to the request contact support and reference feature request ISFR-2793
