Removing Comma/Separator For Number Display

Issue/Introduction

In the Classic UI, is it possible to remove the comma/separator for an attribute of type=Number?

Example:

Is it possible in the Modern?

 

Environment

Release: All

Resolution

The separator can be removed from the user's configuration or globally.

The separator cannot be configured on the views of category 'Properties' and 'List Filter', only on category of 'List Column' such as:
Project List
My Projects

For user-level:
 
Go to Classic > Object > Click Configure > List Column Section >  Fields > attribute > Properties icon
Uncheck 'Show Separator'
Click Save.

For global-level:

NOTE: This is not advised because when 'Published', all users will have their views reset.

Go to Classic > Object > project > Views
For the view where the attribute resides/configured, click Fields
Example: Project List 

Set Display = All and Click Go

Find the attribute and click the properties icon.
De-select the 'Show Separator' checkmark.
and click Save / Save and Return.

It is not possible to remove the separator in the Modern.
