One or more Client Task servers are not executing tasks.

The following error is observed in client agent logs:
"Task Server Connection: Failed to refresh server list or register, error: HTTP status 504: The request was timed out waiting for a gateway (0x8FA101F8)"
In at least one instance of this issue, the customer discovered internal network problems (details unknown). Once the network team fixed it, everything started to work.
