One or more Client Task servers are not executing tasks.
The following error is observed in client agent logs:
"Task Server Connection: Failed to refresh server list or register, error: HTTP status 504: The request was timed out waiting for a gateway (0x8FA101F8)"

In at least one instance of this issue, internal network problems were discovered that were not disclosed (details unknown). Once the network team fixed it, everything started to work again.
