Gen 8.6 CSE - VALDUSER: Decryption Subsystem Failed

Issue/Introduction

After installing a new Client Server Encyclopedia CSE, and logging in to the Encyclopedia Client, the following error occurs.

Environment

Release : 8.6

Resolution

Run the Gen 8.6 cse_config command and in the Coordination Database Configuration, choose the "Update Coordination tables to this release" option which will change the DIRUSER table DU_PASSWORD column domain needed for 8.6.
The Gen 7.6 DIRUSER table DU_PASSWORD column is defined as RAW(10).
The Gen 8.6 DIRUSER table DU_PASSWORD column is defined as VARCHAR2(256).

It is also possible the DBA has restored the wrong database, an old version, instead of a database from a current release.
