Issue/Introduction

Integrate SCP with the reporter.

Config has been done but can see no traffic from the Reporter trying to access the SCP server.

Note: Hosts, client keys, HMACs, and ciphers for outbound SSH connections must be configured before establishing an SCP client. If this configuration has not been done, refer to "Authenticating Outbound SSH Client Connections" in the SGOS Administration Guide.

Note: With the valid Reporter 11.0.1.1, which is managed via Management Center, please note that the designated local user would be the Management Center RPCA user. For the specific way to set this up, please refer to the Tech. Doc. with the URL below.
