Issue/Introduction
Is the endpoint agent capable of monitoring data movement through a virtual NIC established in WSL2 (Windows Subsystem for Linux)?
Resolution
The DLP Windows Endpoint Agent will not monitor the WSL or WSL2 virtual NIC.
Network Prevent for Web or Network Prevent for Email can monitor the traffic from the WSL virtual NIC once that traffic is on the wire.
