I am running TMSXTEND,PARM=TEST and getting this message, why?  TMSXT82E TMC EXTEND ALREADY IN PROGRESS.

 

Resolution

 

When running a TMSXTEND in TEST mode, if it is cancelled, subsequent attempts to run it can result in Error message 'TMSXT82E TMC EXTEND ALREADY IN PROGRESS'.Run the TMSXTEND utility with PARM=RECOVER. This will turn off the bit that indicates that an extend is in progress and enable the TMSXTEND to be run again.
