Issue/Introduction
A distributed data facility db2 stc receives this error message.
CADB2091 - Internal error - invalid DB2SERV - V 0251
An SVC dump is created with the title "CA-Security for DB2 - invalid DB2SERV parameter"
A CADB2091 error has never been seen before.
The problem cannot be recreated.
Environment
ACF2 DB2 option release : 1.2
IBM DB2 v12.1
IBM DB2 12.1 support APAR RO92655 is already applied
Cause
L2 determined the CADB2091 was issued because a RENAME of a VIEW was requested.
Resolution
As of this writing, a RENAME of a VIEW is not supported in DB2 V12.1 and V13.1.
Additional Information
Sample exits are provided by IBM for both 12.1 and 13.1 for the RACF security exit. Neither of them are set up to handle a RENAME of a VIEW.

This message indicates an internal error. An SVC dump is taken. ACF2 Option for Db2 rejects the DB2 request.
