Issue/Introduction

Client deactivate and reactivated Office365 Securlet - adding "Mail" option but then did not see any activity from O365 Securlet OneDrive, Sharepoint, or Mail.

 

 

Resolution

Client had re-activated O365 Securlet using this URL for Mail: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/mail

Mail activation failure seen in backend for O365 Securlet. Activation was not completing successfully.
