NullPointerException while getting DataDictionary object from ConnectAllConfig

Issue/Introduction

Users reporting that the synchronization is stopped with the below exception

 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Set up a ConnectALL server with default memory settings.
2. At times the synchronization is stopped with the below exception.

Expected Results: All synchronization should be successful 

Actual Results: At times it is seen that synchronization is not successful.

Resolution

Workaround:  Increase the Java heap memory size of the ConnectALL Core process to 4/8 GB

DE77354is fixed in 3.2.0 and back ported to  3.1.0.1 Patch 1
