APM UMA - How do we enable alerting for "Container, Pod, Route and Service" delete and recreating events

Issue/Introduction
I have followed the steps per documentation – updated the uma yaml monitor.events.enabled=true , recreated the uma agent and I expect the events to appear in the DX Dashboard
How do we enable alerting for the Openshift events for a specific namespace/deployment/replicatset/pod?
For example having alerts for the following situations by default ?
- Container crash/kill - recreate container; Back-off restarting failed container",
- Pod delete, recreating pod
- Route delete, recreating route
- Service delete, recreating service

Resolution
"Pod delete, recreating pod" can be tracked by creating an alert on the Pod specific metric "Total Restarts Per Interval" . Similarly Container restart can be monitored using the "Container Restart Count" metric.
The below monitoring is currently not possible, enhancement # US913199 has been created for these limitation.
a) restart or alert on a particular event
b) route delete and service delete
